2018. Andy had been working for a local electrical company for about 5 years, flirting with the idea of becoming independent. John was just beginning to get his feet under him with his own electrical work. A mutual friend introduced them, seeing the potential for a partnership. Over the next year they began to develop the idea and in early 2020, it became a reality.
